Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


🔑 Sales & Discount Codes

  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot issue refunds if a discount code was not entered at checkout.
  • If you placed an order and another discount code becomes available later, we cannot issue a credit for the price difference.

📦 Returns

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT APPROVAL THROUGH OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE PORTAL.

  • Orders must be postmarked back within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs (unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect).
  • If returned within the 10-day window, you’ll receive a refund once inspected.
  • If returned after 10 days but within 30 days, a store credit will be issued.
  • No store credits will be issued after 30 days — no exceptions.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
    We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Orders must be postmarked back within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with exchanges, including shipping the original item back and shipping the replacement to you.
  • The fastest way to exchange is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if less, we’ll refund the difference.

👕 Special Notes on T-Shirts & Sweatshirts

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on T-shirts or Sweatshirts (unless defective or incorrect).
  • These items are fulfilled by a third-party vendor, and no changes can be made once an order is placed.

⚠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products (such as special orders)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards, sale/discounted items, clearance items, and promotional bundles

If you’re unsure about an item, please contact us before purchasing.


💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 4–5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at refunds@dsnoveltees.com.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
